Christmas lace biscuits
Wow! Look how pretty these Christmas lace biscuits are! I spotted them whilst browsing for sweet Christmas recipes, on the internet. There is actually a wide choice of things to bake around the festive period, and these really caught my attention. I imagine you could get very experimental with different patterned edges and flavours. Yum!!
Every Christmas I like to get creative, and I think I’ll definitely be making these gorgeous, Christmas lace biscuits with my daughter, Yasmin. We love to bake together and she’s gaining some excellent culinary skills. Besides looking delicious, they also look fun to make. I can’t wait to make them!

* Perhaps placing a small boiled sweet in the centre of the biscuit (cut out area), before placing them in the oven, will give a more decorative effect. Also, piercing a ribbon through one of the outer holes will transform your biscuits into Christmas tree decorations! Food for thought 😉
